Author: Aditya Rathod

Aditya Rathod is a Co-founder and the CTO of Coheso, where he is building an orchestration layer for in-house legal teams that combines structured workflows with AI to improve how legal and business teams collaborate. His work focuses on making AI systems not just accurate, but verifiable and usable in real decision-making environments.

He holds a Master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University, where his research explored how large language models perform differently on general versus legal text across a range of tasks. Prior to Coheso, he worked at ValueLabs, applying AI to transform contract drafting and review processes.

Aditya operates at the intersection of engineering, product, and legal workflows, with a strong focus on building systems that are reliable, auditable, and deeply embedded in how organizations actually work.
