Author: Godwin Amenyinu

Admitted to the Bar of Togo in 2012 and holding a PHD in Business Law, Godwin Têko Seyram AMENYINU is a lawyer and an academic. He started his professional journey as an associate in one of the top business law firms of Togo where he has mostly advised a wide range of companies especially banks, insurance company, logistics and transportation companies. He developed a sound knowledge of general business law, corporate law, labour & employment and ADR. In 2020, he moved in-house and since then, he has been holding the position of Regional Legal Counsel of Inter-Con Security Systems Inc in Africa. Godwin AMENYINU is also a guest lecturer and author of several papers especially in OHADA law.

Involved in various community organizations, Godwin AMENYINU is notably an Advisory Board Member of the African Corporate and Government Counsel Forum (ACGC).
