Yes, as long as your credit card is still valid, your subscription will automatically renew on the one-year anniversary of your initial subscription. You will receive an email five days before the subscription will renew.

Yes, you will receive a receipt by email.

You can reset your password by going to the login screen and clicking on “Lost your password?” located below the login box. You then enter your email address associated with your Legalverse Media account. You will receive an email message with instructions on how to reset your password (check your Spam folder).

All credit card transactions are handled securely by Stripe. No credit card information is stored on our website.

The login link is in the upper right corner of the website header. Click on the Member Login link and then on the Login page enter your email address and password to login.

You can cancel your annual subscription renewal at any time.

  1. Login to the Legalverse Media website
  2. Click on the Account menu item at the top of any page
  3. Select Subscriptions in the menu at the left sidebar
  4. Click on the ellipsis (…) to the right of your subscription
  5. Click on cancel

Your subscription will not renew. No partial refunds are provided for mid-term cancellations, but you will continue to have membership access until your anniversary/renewal date..

By default, the profile name shown for your comments in this forum are the same as the Username you established during registration. For various reasons (preference, anonymity, username is your email address…) you wish to use a different name. To change your profile name, do the following:

  1. In the top menu of the header on any website page, click on Account
  2. On the left sidebar menu click on Form Profile
  3. Click on edit next to the image placeholder
  4. Change the Nickname to your preferred profile name
  5. Select this nickname under Display Name
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update Profile button
